Parking and Getting to the Festival
The Festival is held in multiples venues, almost all within walking distance in Downtown's East End Cultural District. You can park once each day, walk to concerts and restaurants and enjoy the Festival.

For Festival concerts park at the East End Garage, 475 Main St. East, Rochester, NY 14604. $2 per car, starting 5:00 PM daily including weekends. (585) 325-7860

Several surface parking lots are also available in the area.

Genesee Hospital Parking Garage, Alexander Street, free from 4:30 p.m. on June 20, 21 only

Midtown Plaza Parking Garage
Free after 5 p.m. and on weekends.

For Jam Sessions at the Rochester Plaza Hotel park in Sister Cities Garage, 8 N. Fitzhugh St., Rochester, NY 14614, $1 per hour, $6.35 max. Less than one hour free. (585) 423-9837

Handicapped Accessibility
All RIJF venues are handicapped accessible.
Individuals may be dropped off in front of Eastman Theatre on East Main St.

Street Closings During the Festival
These streets are closed to vehicle traffic during the following times to accommodate festival concerts and festival-goers.

- Gibbs St., closed June 10 (Midnight) through June 20 (Midnight)
- East Ave. from Main to Chestnut, closed June 14 from 7 a.m.- Midnight and June 20, 21, from 7 a.m. -Midnight
- East Ave. from Prince St. to Alexander, closed June 20, 21, 7 am-11 pm
- East Ave. from Chestnut to Scio, closed June 12, 19, 20, 4:30 p.m. - midnight
- East Ave. from Prince St. to Union, closed June 19, 20, 4:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
- Chestnut St. from Main to East Ave., closed June 13, 19, 20, 4:30 p.m. -Midnight


Restaurants and Dining
All Club venues offer food and beverages except Kilbourn Hall.
Food and beverages are also available on Jazz Street during the festival.
